Dear Madam/Sir,

We are pleased to invite you to the one-day conference “HOUSING REFORMS IN SERBIA – LOCAL PRACTICES TOWARD THE NATIONAL POLICY” to be held at the Sava center in Belgrade on 23 April 2008.

The main objective of the Conference is to stimulate a dialogue amongst Serbian municipalities through sharing of experiences and lessons learned from the process of development and implementation of local housing strategies and housing projects that have been achieved within UN-HABITAT SIRP – Settlement and Integration of Refugees Programme. The main objective is to stimulate debate and promote dialogue for systematic changes in the housing sector between local and national authorities.
