SIRP Chief Technical Adviser presented her contribution to the international seminar “Housing and Cities” organized by the University of Rome La Sapienza. Among a wide panel of international practitioners and experts, Ms. Ramirez presented key moments of the process towards reforms and decentralization undertaken by countries in the region in the housing sector, underlying the key role played in Serbia by UN-HABITAT SIRP Programme providing support and technical assistance in reestablishing the social housing system at central and local level.
