During the Launching Conference, held on 9th March 05 at the Belgrade National Library, the Minicipalities of Cacak, Kraljevo, Stara Pazova, Valjevo, and the Cities of Kragujevac and Nis have signed the Memorandum of Understanding with UN-HABITAT in the presence of H.E. Velimir Ilic, Ministry for Capital Investments and H.E. Antonio Zanardi Landi, Ambassador of Italy in Belgrade, to define respective responsibilities for the implementation of activities.
