In December 2005, representatives of Serbian Municipal Housing Agencies and Municipal Housing Departments have participated to a study tour to Italy in I.T.E.A. Trento and A.T.E.R. Terni, two regional housing agencies dealing with implementation of regional housing programmes and managing tenants and public housing stock in Italy. As part of the capacity building process, the tour was organized in collaboration with the IB Programme (Italian and Balkan Municipal Partnership) funded by the Italian national association of municipalities A.N.C.I., supporting cooperation initiatives between Italian and Serbian Municipalities in the general framework of the institutional development of the social housing sector in Serbia.
